My earphones! Or the remote.. Whichever brings music to me quicker…
I enjoy to lose myself in music, whichever mood I’m in, I enjoy listening to music to make me feel better!
Another thing I reach for is my pen and notebook, to write down my thoughts, poems, stories. Anything to take my mind of things.
Also, a book to read. Losing myself in a story is the best thing ever after a bad day!
